Riga is a great place for a weekend trip. For a couple of days you can explore the main local attractions, and you will not be bored at all! It’s best to start your trip to this beautiful city, of course, from the Old Town and the Town Hall Square. The construction with stone walls three meters thick was part of the city citadel, and today the tower has an exposition of the Military Museum.

The world famous Dome Cathedral, the building of which appeared in the 13th century, was repeatedly destroyed and rebuilt in different eras. It reflects a variety of styles of architecture. The cathedral has a concert hall with the world’s largest organ and museums: navigation and historical, dedicated to the city.

The current Lutheran Church of St. Peter, in which you can listen to the service, and using the elevator, climb to the roof to enjoy the amazing view over the city. And, of course, take some great instagram photos!
